Blacklist Arbitration

Hope someone with more money than I will create a business that does this.  Now there is financial motivation to take a serious look at this as a popular blacklist company, spamhaus, gets slammed with an 11mil fine for blacklisting a US company.  Check it Out.

There must be a forum to resolve these disputes that is binding, quick and expedient.
